Yes, our services depart according to our published timetable. However, slight delays may occur for our pickup points at the Geelong railway station or Corio due to traffic conditions.

Yes, our services generally depart on time from Melbourne Airport. For booked passengers, we allow a grace period of 5 minutes after the scheduled departure time, for the last services of the day, this grace period is extended to 10 minutes.

Your ticket is valid for the next available service, subject to seat availability. Please have your ticket or booking number ready for the driver.

If you miss the last service due to a delayed flight, the bus will adhere to the timetable and depart after the additional 10-minute wait.

Yes, pets are allowed, but regulations apply. Only registered guide/assistance dogs are allowed inside the cabin. All other animals travel in trailers or luggage bins.

Unfortunately, our vehicles do not have toilets.

Gull buses are exempt from child restraint rules.

Small children (up to 3 years) can sit on adults' laps, ensuring the seat belt is secured around both.

Some buses have anchor points for car seats, but availability is not guaranteed.
