What happens if I miss my booked bus?

Your ticket is valid for the next available service, subject to seat availability. Please have your ticket or booking number ready for the driver. If you miss the last service due to a delayed flight, the bus will adhere to the timetable and depart after the additional 10-minute wait.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including Eftpos, Mastercard, Visa card, payWave, and cash when booking through our office. Drivers can only process Mastercard and Visa card payments or cash.

Where at the airport are you located?

Our pick up point at the airport is located on the ground level in front of Virgin Terminal 3. Cross over the pedestrian crossing and we are directly to the right. Our stop is signed with Gull Geelong in blue and white around the top of the shelter.

How much luggage can I bring?

You can bring the luggage included in your airline ticket. Bulky items like surfboards and bike boxes are allowed at no extra cost - Please advise us of these bulky items only.

Is there a concession fare for pensioners/health care card holders?

Unfortunately, we don't have separate fares for pensioners/health care card holders. However, Australian Seniors cardholders receive a small reduction.

What about infants and child restraints?

Gull buses are exempt from child restraint rules. Small children (up to 3 years) can sit on adults' laps, ensuring the seat belt is secured around both. Some buses have anchor points for car seats, but availability is not guaranteed.
